These Terms govern your use of MaxBrann (“the service”). By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to them. Contact: info@maxbrann.com.
1. The service
MaxBrann uses AI to prepare draft replies to reviews on your Google Business Profile and publishes the replies you approve, or replies to positive reviews automatically if you turn that option on. The service is in early access: features may change, and some steps may be handled manually while automation is completed.
2. Your responsibilities
- You may connect only businesses you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the replies you approve. AI drafts can contain mistakes; read them before approving.
- You must follow Google’s terms and policies for Business Profiles. MaxBrann does not write, buy or post reviews, and you may not use the service to create fake reviews or misleading content.
- Keep your Google account secure.
3. Subscription and payment
Prices are shown on the website before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew monthly through PayPal until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a free trial is offered and you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. Refunds are handled under applicable consumer protection law; contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. The service depends on Google and other providers; if they change or limit access, some features may stop working.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MaxBrann is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm arising from replies you approved. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used for fake reviews, abuse or illegal activity.
7. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. For important changes we will notify account holders in advance; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.
