How it works

1. Connect your business. Sign in with Google and give MaxBrann access to your reviews. We never ask for your password, and you can remove access at any time.
2. We prepare the reply. When a new review arrives, AI drafts a reply in the reviewer’s language: Hebrew, Russian, English, Arabic and more.
3. You approve. You get a notification on your phone. One tap to publish, or edit it first. For a negative review we ask you one short question, “What happened?”, so the reply is true, not invented.
